Audrey Freedman '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Audrey Freedman, and I have been rowing at Austin Rowing Club for 2.5 years. I have raced at junior nationals in Sarasota, Florida twice now in the WU16 8 in 2023 and the WU17 4+ in 2024. Due to my height and size, I don't necessarily pull super low numbers on the erg, however, I tend to shine out on the water, where I have proven my technique and ability to make a boat move through various seat races. Although I mainly row in bow seat on starboard, throughout my years at ARC, I have been able to row in many different seats and sides, and have made it a goal for this upcoming season to improve my ability to row on port, as well as in stroke seat.
