  • RSR consists of one month of training at the University of Alabama. The practice schedule is comprised of on-the-water training in all boat classes twice a day. We also had an erg session in the afternoon, usually two days a week. Besides physical training, RSR also offers mental skill training, where athletes learn how to tackle the mental side of rowing.
