Training

Ready Set Row Elite 2023

One of 22 rowers invited to compete as part of the U19 team. Consisted of four weeks of HP training under the direction of Holly Austin in all boat sizes. Hosted at the University of Alabama followed by competition at the USRowing Summer Nationals July 13-16, 2023. As one of the youngest on the U19 team, it was a honor to make the 2V8+ (silver finish behind our 1V), and to stroke the U23 4+ for gold. RSR won the Marion D. Ventura women's point trophy with 27 Grand Final appearances, including 8 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

As schedule permits, I train in small boats under the direction of Matt Zatorski to improve my sculling, primarily in 1x and 2x boats. We row in Lake Union and in the Ballard Ship Canal.
US Rowing U19 HP Winter Camp

Invited to serve as a rigging assistant and competed as part of the U19 team. Consisted of four weeks of HP training under the direction of Holly Austin in all boat sizes. In 7-seat, my boats won gold in the U23 and Youth 8+ and I stroked the Youth 4+ for silver. RSR won the Marion D. Ventura women's point trophy for the second year in the row with 29 Grand Final appearances, including 5 gold, 7 silver, and 7 bronze medals.
