Violet Climer-Kennedy '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Violet! I've been rowing for four years now and it's by far been the best part of my life.  Since I've started it's given me something stable that I can count on in my life, no matter what happened that day I can just leave it all on the water at practice and be reset for the next day. When I'm  looking into the future I really hope to continue that journey on a team that fosters a competitive but supportive and uplifting environment. My teammates and my friends are everything to me and the culture of the team and relationships with the coaches is very important to me.  I love winning races and going fast but at the end of the day if I put in my best effort in to a piece I'm proud of it. I truly believe that rowing is the most rewarding sport out there and it means so much to me.
