Lauren Yu '26 Recruiting Profile

My dream is to play soccer at the highest level, possibly professionally. I play for a very competitive club at Concorde Fire out of Atlanta. I was on the ECNL regional Premier team where we have won our division 2 straight years and I was selected as All SE conference forward. I was promoted to the regular Concorde Fire Premier ECNL team coached by Gregg Blasingame this season where we won the ECNL Southeast Conference Championship for the first time. I play the 9, 7, 11 and outside back for my club and school teams. I believe I can grow to be a starting outside back in college, I can shoot or cross equally with either feet, I have plenty of pace and win my share of 1 v 1's. I feel like I have good field awareness and above average soccer IQ. I am working on bettering my touch, and dribbling and I can aways improve my soccer knowledge. I would love to stay in the southeast to play college soccer, but open to moving further away depending on the program and school.
