I currently play up an age group in a 2004 girls league. I was a player in the FC Edmonton REX program from 2019-2020 and represented my team in Vancouver. (shut down due to COVID). In the past few years I have been selected to represent team Alberta (2017/18, 2018/19) at the Vancouver Whitecaps HPP Combine. In my first year with this team I played up an age group with 2004 Girls and this past season, I was selected to play in the Game of Distinction, which had been one of the proudest moment of my soccer experience to date. I also received valuable training with the University of Alberta Pandas at their soccer camps and am looking to continue to participate in camps in the coming months. I am hard worker both on and off the field and my goal is to achieve the highest level of academics and soccer possible. Team work and collaboration are important to me and I have a great deal of respect for my teammates and coaches. One of my strengths is making friends and inclusion. I would be a great asset to a team as I am a hard working, physical and dedicated player as well as a play-maker. I am an exceptional communicator, especially in games. I am right footer with a strong ability to strike the ball. I am a quick and keen learner. I have worked with many quality coaches and players and am looking forward to more opportunities to learn and train with future coaches and teammates. I have high expectations of myself as well as my team and I look forward to the next level soccer. At this time I have not yet decided on a specific field of study, but I am interested in Law and Social Work. My hope to become an advocate and a human rights champion for people as well as an activist for not only human rights but the environment as well. My academic standings is honors in all my classes, with my averages of 90% and above. My school does not offer AP or honors in Junior High, however I plan to enroll in honor courses in High School. I volunteer at my school store 4 days a week and have done past volunteer work with WeCare (a ministry that provides support to those in need). My love for soccer is secondary only to my love for learning and I hope to be able to earn a degree as well as play for a top level university.
