Maeve Slemko '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Maeve. I am a 2024 goalkeeper from Edmonton, Alberta. I play for St. Albert Impact in the elite Alberta Youth Soccer League (AYSL), the highest level of youth competition in the province and  Canada.   

Being a shorter goalkeeper has led me to develop apt technical skills that set me apart from my peers. I play high off my line as a valuable asset to my back four with the capacity to facilitate attacking play. 

I hope to find the highest level possible  that prioritzes the student aspect of student-athlete as my ambitions to pursue post-graduate education ultimately come first.
