Maya Wells '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maya Wells and I am from Phoenix, Arizona. I'm a 2026 attacking midfielder from the 2008 AZ Arsenal ECNL team. My position is primarily an attacking or defensive midfielder, but I have experience playing forward and defensive position. I've been playing competitive soccer for 7 years and ECNL soccer for 4 years. Throughout my years of soccer, I have been told I have smart decision making and good technicality on the ball as a play-maker. I am currently captain of my ECNL team and high school team. I am also on the AZ ODP team and have been invited to the ODP regional team the past two years. Aside from soccer, I run cross country and track in the distance events. As Sophomore Class President and #1 rank in my class, I enjoy doing extracurricular at my school like KEY club and Pre-med club. I have hopes to play college soccer at the highest level I can and go into a pre-med track.
