Personal Statement
My parents have always stressed nothing comes easy without hard work. I've carried that mentality throughout my school work and in athletics. I've become a versatile soccer player on the field and in the goal. I've been playing soccer since I was 3 years old, along the way I developed a love for running and am a member of my varsity High School cross country team. In soccer I play predominately left footed but I am comfortable with the ball at either foot, playing defensive mid, outside back and goal keeper.
My college academic goal is to explore a science major that will prepare me for medical school.
On the field, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence to the team. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
