Olivia Hunsicker '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Olivia Grace Hunsicker, I am currently a 2026 graduate at Arroyo Grande High School. All my life I have played soccer, I dabbled in a couple of other sports as a kid, but soccer has always been my passion. I knew I wanted to play college soccer once I got into my freshman year. I was a freshman on varsity, I was one out of only two freshmen that made the team. The level of varsity play was something I was never used to, I pushed myself harder than I ever had in anything in my life, but in the end, all of my effort gave me a starting spot, and eventually led to me being the lead scorer my sophomore year. I play club soccer with Surf Central Coast for both the 2007s and guest play with my former team the 2008s frequently. Soccer is the biggest part of my life, it affects my plans with friends, and my vacations with my family, but I wouldn't want to have it any other way. On the field, I believe I am truly my best self. My most competitive self, most encouraging, kindest, harshest, aggressive, and most of the time, my biggest critic. I love every moment of the highs and lows that soccer brings, I want to play college soccer to continue my love for the game, to play at a higher level, and to push myself beyond what I think I can achieve!
