Personal Statement
I was born in Brazil ad especially after personally meeting Marta and seeing the story of Leah (who was also born in Brazil and grew up playing soccer in the US - who now plays for the Brazilian National Team) I was very inspired to pursue a college soccer career that could eventually bring me to the Brazilian National Team. Also inspired by my father, who played in Brazil for Club Flamengo and in the US for the University of San Francisco Dons, I chose soccer as my sport on an early age and have been playing since I was 4.
