Morea Juneau '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Morea Juneau. I remember one day when I was around 10 getting my first USA jersey, and at the time it was Julie Johnston's, #19. My dad took a picture of me in it, and I knew that one day I wanted to be just like her. I wanted to play soccer and make a career out of it. And here I am now still holding onto that dream hoping it will come true. I believe I will be a great candidate for any team looking for leadership, coaching ability and pure grit. This describes me best, how coaches and players describe me, and probably why I have been the captain of my team for several years in a row. I think what makes me different or unique in character is my level of commitment and determination to constantly learn and improve with a can-do attitude. I also never stop and when I am on the filed, I am 110% on the entire time. Academically I am an overachiever, or at least I am trying to be. I am taking AP classes and currently maintain a 4.5 GPA. I spend countless hours on school work to achieve these results, which is part of my character as well. I believe this is all part of the hard work required to make that dream come true. College soccer is my next goal, and I am very motivated to achieve this. Dreaming is one thing but making it happen is another so with this platform, I present my achievements, my game play, and most importantly me as a person.
