Giselle Vargas '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, my name is Giselle Vargas and I am defensive midfielder and right winger. I attend Sunny Hills High School in Fullerton, California. I currently play for Ranger FC South G06/07 DPL and I have been playing soccer for 8 years. One thing that makes me stand out as a player is that I can shoot with both feet, which allows me to have an an upper hand against my competition. I extinguish at finding open spaces and creating opportunity, playing through balls throughout the midfield and sending balls across the goal toward the forwards. I have great vision on the field and like to become creative understanding the game and being reactive for opponents moves. Every time I get a chance to be on the field I enjoy every minute of by working hard and giving my 120% every time. My goal being on a team is to always support my teammates and create a fun family atmosphere.

Additionally, I have a 3.88 GPA and I am looking forward to majoring in Communications or Forensic Science
