2021 Spotlight
Highlight Video #1My name is Jacqueline Peacock and I have been playing soccer for 11 years. I play for Pleasanton RAGE 2005 ECNL. I have been team captain for 3 years. I am devoted to my team and I want to help them become the best players they can be. I contribute focus and effort to every session and game. With my club team, I train 3 times a week. I train on my own and with private trainers when I do not have club training. I normally play center back, but I also have experience playing outside back and holding mid. I have good pace and strength as well as technical and tactical skills. My ability to read the game allows me to effectively shut down opponents. As an attacking minded defender, I seize opportunities to drive forward.
I have been in the NorCal PDP state pool since 2015. I was also in the ODP state pool from 2016 through 2018. I was invited to ODP regional camp in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, I was an ECNL Conference Selection Program (CSP) invitee. Later in 2019, I attended id2 National Camp. I also attended the ICC Futures Tournament in Bradenton, Florida in 2019 as an ECNL West All-Star where my team made it to the semi-finals.
Off the field, I am a hardworking student and I maintain good grades. I was part of a Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS) team and helped raise $20,000 in the fight against blood cancer. I have participated in charity programs through my club team. I was a staff writer of my high school’s newspaper, Acalanes Blueprint, and this year I am business co-manager. My friends describe me as a selfless, dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible person. I am looking for a program that will help me grow as a player and as a person.
