Alyssa Torres '25 Recruiting Profile

Dedicated, determined, and disciplined student athlete who has maintained the right balance to achieve success on the field and in the classroom.  

My name is Alyssa Torres, and I am part of the 2025 graduating class at Newark Memorial High School in Newark California where I hold class office, am active in leadership, the head of the Athletics Committee at Newark Memorial High School, Vice President of M.E.C.h.A club, and I am in the Puente program. I currently have a 3.93 GPA. I have experience playing in both ECNL and Girls Academy. I am currently playing n the midfield (8 or 6) for Santa Clara Sporting Girls Academy Team, my jersey is #16. 

I tackle every obstacle I encounter by using the strong foundation and life skills I earned through high level soccer. I know that everything is possible in life, and even when you lose the ball you can always go get it back!
