Annabelle York '24 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been playing soccer pretty much my whole life, and it’s a big part of who I am today. In particular, I’ve learned to fight through the difficult parts of life, and that waiting for things to get easier is never the answer. I genuinely enjoy playing soccer so much, which is why I’m always pushing myself to work harder and put in the extra hours of training. I don’t shy away from challenges, and will seek out opportunities to better my skills and am willing to grow and learn. #growth mindset!! My goal is to play at the D1 or D2 level in college, as well as to improve myself both as a soccer player and as a person. An accomplishment I’m proud of is making Varsity my freshman year. I have a big personality, and I love the aspect of teamwork and friendship that comes with playing on a team. It’s important to me to work hard on everything I do, weather that be soccer, school, or connecting with people. Also, I absolutely LOVE orange chicken from Panda Express!
