Freya Youssef '23 Recruiting Profile

As a player and person I value hard work and dedication above all else. This mindset has helped me tremendously in my academic endeavors and has allowed me to become the soccer player I have dreamed of becoming since I was a little girl. My primary position is outside back, however, I would say one of my biggest strengths is my versatility. I train my vision, speed, and footwork relentlessly which allows me to be an asset almost everywhere on the field. Because of this, I can also play any forward position and effectively navigate the midfield. Another strength that I possess is my communication skills. This, of course, translates to excellent leadership skills on the field but even more importantly this allows me to be an extremely coachable player. I cannot wait to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level!
