Ava Lentz 2022 Go...Personal Statement
I bring ideal size, athleticism and a huge boot to the keeper position. You hear my voice non stop on the field encouraging and directing my teammates because I love competing and I love competing as part of a team. As your keeper I want to be channeling my coach to my teammates.
I LOVE to compete and sports helps me develop my strengths: hard worker, intuitive, aggressive, curious and always trying to get better, I want the ball coming to me at the end of the game (which is why I love to stop a penalty shot!).
I have played both club soccer and volleyball over last few years which has helped build quick reaction time and my athletic skills. I’m now solely focused on playing keeper.
I am a 5’11” goalie with a 4.0 GPA, a rising senior at St. Margaret’s Episcopal in San Juan Capistrano, Ca. Please watch my video and let me if I would be a fit for your program.
