My name is Julia Mossinger. I’ve been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I started playing travel when I was 10. My main positions are Left Back and Center Back for my school team. I play Right Wing and Right Back for my travel team. I can play in any field position if needed. My strengths are speed and my footwork. I also played Keeper from U9-U16.
A few of the reasons I play soccer are: I like the hardcore training that comes with it that makes me a better player. I also love the competition. I’m a very competitive person. I am definitely planning on playing soccer after high school. I am hoping to get a scholarship for soccer so that I can go to a good school, and what motivates me to play is just that. I know that if i want to go to a good school I have to work hard now. I have a passion and love for the game.
Other than soccer, there are a few things I wanted to share. I go to St. Georges Technical High School. I am in the EMS program. My group competed in the 2019 HOSA competition in Disney. I am in the National Honor Society. I am a junior EMT at the Millcreek Firehouse. I am a camp coach during the summer at Kirkwood Soccer Club for the youth summer programs.
