Soccer has always been a large part of my life. I began playing competitively six years ago and quickly grew as a player. Within my first year, I was invited to play with the 2008 boys team, which I then officially joined the next season. A couple years later, I tried out for Florida Premier FC SWFL (previously Braden River SC) 2008G's team and was eagerly asked to join. Although I was a new player, I actively gained more playtime and became a starter. The next season, I was elected captain of the team and began to be recognized by other coaches in the club. This allowed me to expand my opportunities and guest play for older age brackets (2007s and 2006s). Currently, I am continuing to play at the same club and plan to expand all aspects of my athletic career. As I began my high school athletic career, I noticed the the different levels of intensity that varied from team to team. I was selected my Freshman year as varsity and continue to be a varsity starter as I continue my Junior year. I was given the honor of being captain by my peers and coaches and plan to uphold the responsibility to the best of my ability. these experiences have allowed me to compete at many levels with different teammates, learn various coaching styles, and disciplined me to be a responsible and respectful player. I have been able to grow my tactical knowledge, technical skills, and passion for soccer. As I begin to plan my future, I know I want to continue playing this great sport. One of my ultimate goals is to be part of a collegiate soccer team by attending an amazing school that fits both my academic and athletic aspirations. I am a dedicated player who will put 100% effort into every game, practice, and training. I will always strive to be the best athlete and person I can be.
