Chandler Perry '25 Recruiting Profile

When I was four years old, I grabbed a hand-me-down jersey and asked my Mom to register me at the local soccer club.  By the time I was ten, I realized that I couldn't imagine my life without this sport and then decided to get more serious.  I've been a captain now for three years on my club teams and two years in high school.  It hasn't always been easy, but through some of the challenges I faced, I've learned that I can lead and not be perfect, I can lead and still be positive and encouraging, I can lead because I show up, I ALWAYS do my best and try to motivate others to do the same.

As I continue to hone my leadership skills in life at the collegiate level, I can't picture that time without soccer being at the forefront. We all know when you do something you love, it will never seem like work.  This is EXACTLY  how I feel about soccer and that is why I'm looking for a school that wants a hard-working, punctual, positive, natural born leader at it's center back position..
