Ever since I was a little girl I have enjoyed the beautiful game of soccer. Growing up in Germany I was able to interacted with how they play. Born in Hawaii but raised in Germany. My dream is to play for the United States Women's Nation team. However, my family is part of the military community so I feel as if I should follow the foot steps of my mother and join the Army. My mother is currently active duty in the US Army. Before I start my career in the Military, I would love the chance to play college soccer. I am currently recovering from toe surgery but with in the next few weeks I'll be back at it on the beautiful green field I love.
I have played youth soccer all the way up to my first year in high school. When I was little I use to enjoy watching Mia Hamm. She was my idol. Now I have found yet another idol that I would love to play like one day, Megan Rapinoe. For one year, I stopped soccer and played softball. Once I realized how much I loved soccer, I quickly switched back. I have mainly played left wing and forward, but I'm open to play any position and try new things. I am dominant with my left foot but due to my surgery on my left foot (big toe), I am able to play with both. One of my best skills is being about to cross the ball. My freshman and sophomore year I was a starter for the junior varsity team. At the beginning of my junior year, I played varsity soccer.
Off the field, I am a local referee for the Recreational department in my community. Since freshman year I have been on Honor Roll. I am now apart of the National Honor Society. I am also a member of Prom Committee. I also am a assistant in the main office of my high school during my 4th block class. I would like to Major in Criminal Science. Anything that has to do with forensics or investigating is exactly in the field I want to be in. Having the chance to play at the collegiate level would be a dream come true. I would like the chance to make my friends, fellow teammates, coaches and my family proud.
