Zoey Short '24 Recruiting Profile

I started playing soccer in 6th grade. I had no idea that I would instantly fall in love with the sport. I went from attempting to play many different sports to finding where I belong. My club team and coaches have truly helped to develop me into the hard-working player that I am today. When I play, I play for God. I trust in Him to give me all the strength I need. Communication is one of my key strengths; as a goalkeeper, communication with the backline of defense is crucial. I am also open to any criticism and I try my best to immediately act on the feedback I am given, whether that is from my teammates or coaches.
