My goal within my high school career is to do my best to get into a good college that will help challenge me academically and as a soccer player. I believe college is an excellent step to pursuing the fullest of life experiences and the highest level of education. In my hopes to find adventure, knowledge, and success. As time goes on and wherever I end up, I would love the opportunity to bring something new to the table, whether it be ideas, culture, or experience. Being a team player has always been my niche.
Furthermore, I would love to major in biology, environmental engineering, or pre-med. I have always dreamed of becoming an orthopedic surgeon or a farmer. I know two very different career choices. As an athlete, I have seen a lot of my teammates get injured, and being in a position where I can't help provide any relief felt discouraging because my teammates help me improve and give so much support in the game and life. So I always thought that if I can become a surgeon, it will give back to those who have helped me become who I am today. In addition, I'm a problem-solver who likes getting my hands dirty to fix things, and I love learning about how the body works. As for becoming a farmer, I consider myself an environmentalist because living on an island has taught me a lot about giving back to the land and teaching how much it provides for humans, despite our lack of appreciation. Besides being a student and an athlete, I'm also an active volunteer for food drives, an employee for a go-kart company, and guitarists. If there's anything that soccer taught me is to not give up, stay passionate, and puruse my goals.
