My first experience with soccer was at the age of 3, and it has been my obsession ever since. I am aggressive, goal oriented, and have an extremely high work ethic. I realize that there is no room for big egos on a team, so I am coachable, driven, and adaptable. I believe I can be an asset to your program.
As a defensive player one of my strongest characteristics is my fearlessness in defending an attacker. I am not afraid to put myself between the player and the ball. Another strong suit of mine is my knowledge of the game; I am quickly able to analyze and assess where I need to be and gauge the movement of the ball. I am a strong communicator, and I am able to find open players or space to advance down the field. While I am a very strong defender, I also have the ability to play other positions and am very versatile on the field.
Being a team player is of utmost importance and I understand the value of everyone's contributions on the field. I am very analytical and have a true understanding of how the game works. Being apart of a team has taught me so many lessons that I know I will always carry with me. Being there supporting and trusting one another, learning from each other, and coming together for a common goal is such an amazing feeling. I hope to join a team that is supportive, hard working, and has great chemistry.
Academics are extremely important to me, and I am looking to attend a school that prioritizes academic success. I am undecided in what I would like to major in, so I would like to go to a school that has a large variety of options. I have always been a good student that strives to constantly learn, and am hopeful that I can find a school that can challenge me in both soccer and academics.
In light of the current circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak, I have been unable to film any games. Of course I am disappointed that we are unable to play right now, but I am excited for what the future brings. I hope you will consider attending one of my upcoming camps to view my abilities as a player.
Thank you for your time.
