Finishing up my sophomore year on the Varsity Soccer team ended on a good personal note having the most game winning goals of anyone on the team and was the third leading scorer. This was my second year on varsity and I earned my spot in the starting line up. I feel I grew the most this year when our team didn't go as far as we had hoped in the state playoffs and lost 1-0 in our regional final. After this past season that experience has led me to re-focus on my own efforts on becoming a better player. I have played club soccer for the past nine seasons for Sports Club United, and most of that time I have challenged myself by playing up an age group. This upcoming club season I will be playing for Elite S.C on their u19 NPL team.
I am looking to major in either education or political science. My education and finding a university/college with a low student-teacher ratio is important to me. Along with most student athletes I take my education very seriously. I am proud to say I have consistently earned As and a couple Bs throughout high school. This past year I had an unweighted 3.83 GPA while participating in Volleyball,Soccer,Peer Mediation, and Sophomore Class Council. I am currently taking AP classes and will continue with multiple AP classes into my Junior Year. Going into Junior Year I am ready to dedicate my time to my studies and continue working hard at soccer. I plan on staying very active in my school by participating in Junior Class Council, Yearbook club, and Peer Mediation.
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. I am very active and some of my favorite activities consist of running and water skiing.
