Parker Chase '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Parker Chase. I am 16 years old, and I have played soccer for 10 years. My primary positions are centerback and centermid. My best qualities are my work ethic and ability to deal with pressure on the ball. My work ethic is one of my best qualities because I work continuously on and off the field. If I know I need to improve something, I will take time out of my day outside of practice and continue to work on that until it is up to my liking. Not only that, in school, I maintain a 3.8 GPA while taking honors courses, and I always get ahead on my schoolwork, so I have more time for soccer. I say that my other key quality is my ability to deal with pressure on the ball because instead of turning the ball over to the other team, I will look to see if one of my teammates is open, and if not, I will 1v1 the girl approaching me using skills. Outside of soccer, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and hitting the gym, and I also like to wrestle in the soccer off-season to keep me in shape and strengthen myself. Overall, I am kind, understanding, hard-working, respectful, and responsible. In school right now, I am in one engineering course, which will take me on the path to join my school's engineering academy. I want to pursue engineering because it has always interested me, and I love figuring out how to piece different things together and find solutions to different complex problems.
