My name is Ryleigh Bennett and a 2026 graduate Defender.
I aspire to play soccer at the collegiate level. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. I tore my ACL and both menisci in April of 2022 during my 8th grade year and had two different surgeries in May and September. I know so many other athletes have had injuries similar to mine and I think it really sets us apart from other athletes, because of how much we’ve had to work through just to play the sport we love. I have been trained in every position besides GK, so I can pretty much play anywhere. I have also been told by coaches that I am a calm player who makes good decisions on the field. I have lots of soccer IQ and can easily read the field. I reffed one year for a local soccer league and have been coaching 5 & 6 year olds at my club for two years.
