Alexandria Fraase '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Alexandria Fraase and I have been playing soccer for quite some time and would love to take it to a collegiate level. I graduate with the class of 2020 from Pleasant Plains High School near Springfield, IL. Soccer started to become a part in my life when I was three and was playing with a co-ed team, then I began competitively playing for Springfield Area Soccer Association (SASA) when I was 7. After a few years I switched to Jefferson Barracks Marine (JB Marine), and that lead up to me playing in High School. I currently play two other sports at my high school, volleyball and basketball, but soccer is definitely my favorite.

In order for me to perform at my highest level of playing I train and work out year round with my school teams and clubs trainers. When I am not training with my soccer team I am training with my volleyball and basketball teams. They help to keep me in shape and fit for soccer season, and during most of the trainings we work on fitness and preventing injuries.

I have a reputation of being the hardest worker on and off the field/court with a coach able and positive attitude. Coaches have also told me that I have great leadership and that I don't let my size define me. I can play pretty much anywhere in any sport I do, wherever the coach needs me I am there. My coaches like using me for multiple reasons like my speed, crosses from the corner, game knowledge, skills and one on one attacks. I am an honor roll student, which allows me to be a successful academic athlete.
