Margaret Ellis '25 Recruiting Profile

I  am looking forward to playing soccer in college while pursuing a degree in Bio or Chemistry. I  plan to attend Med School after my undergraduate, so I  am looking at schools with great academic settings. I  love playing soccer, so I  am looking forward to finding a school I can play as much soccer as I  can. Although I  thrive in the midfield, I  have played winger and even center back or striker when needed. I  am a hard worker and I  am very serious about soccer, but it is also how I  have the most fun and enjoyment. It is truly my happy place that keeps me balanced with my academic load. I have enjoyed playing soccer for Quad City Rush and have been chosen to Rush Select Teams, both Regional, National, and International. I  have also played with the QC Rush WPSL team for the last two summers as well as attending The Rush Centers and Showcases. I  really enjoy playing for Alleman HS. I  have had the honor of playing Varsity for the first two years, when we won our Sectional Title in 2022, and were State Runners Up in 2023. I  love to have a good working relationship with my coach and teammates and feel as though I  am a team player and am very coachable.
