I started my soccer career by watching my sister play out of the field and inspiring to be just like her. I fell in love with the game and started playing soccer at the age of three. After years of playing I aspire to pursue playing soccer and continue to play at a Collegiate level.
In college, I want to be able to obtain new skills to apply to the game and be able to expand my knowledge of soccer. My objective is to pursue a degree in Physical Education and combined my passion for sports while inspiring children to stay healthy. I enjoy working with people of all ages whether that is coaches, teammates or other staff involved in a team.
I am a competitive goalkeeper that builds rapport quickly with coaches and teammates. One of my best assets to a team is my ability to stay mentally engaged for the full 90 minutes. I am a player with a high soccer IQ and support my team on and off the field to be successful. Whether that is communicating positioning, encouraging teammates, or calling them off the ball, I tend to use my voice the whole game. I always strive to get better everyday. I take feedback and try to improve the details in order to improve my play.
Academics are just as important to me as soccer. I take school very seriously and always strive to maintain a high GPA and put maximum effort in and out of class. I like to stay involved with volunteer activities outside of sports as well. I am in Future Educators Association, Key club, Peer Leadership, and volunteer at a local church soup kitchen.
