Sarah Emerson '13 Recruiting Profile

I am Sarah Emerson. I am a sophomore at Concord High School, in Elkhart, Indiana. I am 5'6 and am about 130 pounds. I play defense and am fast. I have been playing soccer for 11 years and it is very important to me. With my high school team, indoor club team, and Spring outdoor club team, I am able to play year round. My most important accomplishments in soccer are winning all of the tournaments throughout the years and getting All Conference Honorable mention this year for high school. Even though I am only 16, coaches come to me and ask for team advice and defense strategies. One coach told me he did not want to play a game without me on the field. At this time I want to study Deaf Education. I do not have a preference on a school. Faith, family, friends, and education are important to me. My grades come first, always, and I have managed to keep a 3.83 GPA out of a 4.0. I hope I can continue my dreams and play soccer in college.
