Alyssa Garant '26 Recruiting Profile

Playing at the highest club level league in Canada with Whitby FC OPDL makes me extremely proud of my accomplishments to date. I played up a year, with the 2007s, in the Ontario Summer Games which is an amazing achievement for a U14 at the time. 

I have goals academically and athletically, such as maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout my educational career and playing soccer in the NCAA. I pride myself on receiving the E.J Finan award at my eighth grade graduation. The E.J Finan award “Is presented to the student who represents all that is honorable and good and what is liked to be seen moving forward coming from our school into secondary school.” I am a vocal, intelligent, hard-working, and fierce player who always displays leadership and kindness on and off the field with my teammates. Through playing my sport, I have gained self-confidence in who I am as a player, athlete, teammate, friend, and person. I have always been passionate about soccer and wish to continue playing it throughout my academic career and wish for soccer to always be part of my life.
