Lauren Neilson '19 Recruiting Profile

I love playing soccer and being with my teammates who are my closest friends.  I attend the Edge School for Athletes, Soccer Development Program, which allows me to focus on improving my technical skills, as I play soccer an additional 6 hours a week with my soccer director at school.  

Living in Canada (Calgary, Alberta) means we play outdoor soccer in the spring and summer and switch to futsol for indoor soccer.  I enjoy futsol because it has developed my overall skills,  made me think faster, improve my passing skills and ball control with a smaller field. 

I am interested in playing for any division of soccer at University or College.  I am hoping to study sciences or liberal arts, and continue onto Graduate School.   I am a hard working student athlete and also a very coachable player.
