Olivia Blair '24 Recruiting Profile

I have committed to a local university for the 2024/2025 academic year.

My most recent accomplishments are being selected to the Ontario Provinical Xcel team in Canada, where I will play for my Province. I was also recently selected to the FTF x VSC All Star Team leading and the Nike Team Elite XI GU17 team to represent Canada at the Surf Cup. 

I won the scoring titles in the GHSL 2022 Elite league with 41 goals in 12 games and in the PISL league with 15 goals in 8 games. I also had a high number of assists.

I am in Grade 11 at St. Martin Secondary Regional Sport School where I am in the soccer program. Our school placed 3rd Ontario Provincial Soccer Championships (all schools in Ontario - AAA) - OFSSA. 

I have been playing with the Erin Mills Eagles Soccer Club for 5 years. Our team has won 8 Ontario Cup Championships and were finalists in a 9th.  I play Left Wing and sometimes, Striker. I have played a bit of Centre Mid and am capable of playing defense (wherever my coach needs me in the absence of other strong players). 

My goal is to secure a NCAA D1 scholarship at a College/University to further enhance my athletics and academics. I am a very dedicated, passionate and coachable player with a team first attitude. My composure, mental strength and high energy are a natural part of every game. My explosive and sustained speed, athleticism, vision of the field and creative plays set me apart from other players. Accuracy of passes and the ability to shoot powerfully and score with either foot and also headers, further set me apart.
