I started playing soccer when I was four-years-old and moved to a competitive program when I was eight. In my early years, I played both soccer and boys league ice hockey. Once I reached high school, I gave up hockey to focus on soccer, my true passion. My years of hockey have helped me become a physical player and helped me understand the tactical side of the game. I have played primarily as a defensive midfielder and this has helped me to work on defending, ball distribution and passing. When given the opportunity, I love to be able to start an attack. For the past several years, I have been working toward playing at the collegiate level. For me, my perfect fit would be a school with strong academics, a competitive soccer program and a team that is like family.
