Personal Statement
I am a student at Westmount Collegiate Institute, where I am involved in six high school sports teams, maintain high academic marks, and play competitive club soccer at ISC in Mississauga. I am surrounded by sports, as I have a love for them and the community they build.
My goal is to focus my education in engineering or sciences while playing soccer at university. I am incredibly competitive and eager to take on challenges, driving me to improve as a player, both on and off the field. I am excited to play in university alongside others who share a passion for soccer, and I look forward to learning from new coaches. I naturally take on leadership roles within my teams and school. I have been captain of teams and president of school clubs. I am confident in my leadership, but I am also team-oriented, which is why the collective success of my team means more to me than individual accolades.
Soccer brings me the same joy that it did when I started playing at the age of 3, and I am confident it will continue to for the rest of my life. This passion, along with discipline, is why I would be a great fit for your team, because I will always put in the extra work.

The Maccabi Tournament is similar to a mini Olympics. I was selected as the youngest girl athlete to make the girls u16 team. I was 14 at the time. We won the bronze medal.
