Evie Underhill '24 Recruiting Profile

The highlight of my career so far is getting a full scholarship to play D1 soccer at St bonaventure University and playing over 1000 minutes as a freshman. However, I wouldn't have achieved this without setbacks, including being dropped from Arsenal at a young age .This has helped to teach me resilience, to always work hard and has overall made me mentally tougher.

Prior to St Bonaventure, I played for Tottenham U21 as well as Ireland U19 where I got 2 caps. Along side this I completed my A-Levels where I achieved AAA in Economics, Politics and Photography. I completed my Level 3 Diploma in sporting excellence (DISE) as well as Duke of Edinburgh Bronze.

During my time at Tottenham Academy , playing different positions has definitely helped me become a better all round player and particularly to develop a better left foot. Playing different sports growing up, including Netball, where my team were national champions for 2 years in a row, allowed me not only to develop my social skills but also to develop teamwork and leadership skills.
