- Athlete Fit it a workout class that focuses on strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, and touches on the ball. I have been attending their classes since the 6th grade and I feel that I have greatly improved as a soccer player. I attend the classes in the fall and winter twice a week for an hour each and four times over the summer for an hour and a half each. I think Athlete Fit has really improved my game and led me to be one step ahead of my competition over the last 6 years.
