Soccer has always been my passion ever since early elementary school days. I've found that there is nothing quite comparable to the feelings that the sport can bring to me. It seems as if whenever I step onto the field, all of my worries vanish and all that I can think about is the excitement of the game.There are many different aspects to soccer that make it my passion including the constant determination to reach full potential as a team/individual, the thrill of the competition, and the family-like atmosphere.That being said, playing collegiate soccer at the highest level possible is definitely a goal of mine. I am a good candidate for a collegiate soccer program due to my dedication, competitive drive, and motivation on and off the field. I look to push and challenge my teammates as well as to be pushed and challenged myself. This applies not only to the field but also to the classroom. Wherever I go and whatever I'm doing, I strive to be the best I can be and to encourage others to be the best they can be as well. I truly value my academics, I am a very productive student and love to challenge myself as well as to find enjoyment and use in whatever it is I am learning or studying.What specifically sets me apart as a soccer player is my speed, my willingness to work hard for the ball whether it be defending or attacking, and my ability to finish shots as well as assist my teammates. In terms of character, I am a very reliable teammate and can always be counted on to do my best and to help others do their best. I look forward to what the future has to offer and I hope that I can take my passion to the next level.
