I've played soccer ever since I was in the 3rd grade and it was mainly to have something to do after school. At first I was bad and not being good made me even more competitive. I pushed myself to be good and learn that after my practices I would ask to practice with the older kids. I countined doing this for a great deal of time until I started being one of those key players that helped my team. Soon after that soccer became more than just an after school activity it became a motivation. I saw it as a reward and I continue to push myself in all aspects of my life so I can be able to achieve that reward. Whether it be a 2 hour practice, a scrimmage, or championship. It's all a part of the game I love.
