I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old so naturally as I've grown up soccer has been an outlet for me, but over the past few years my passion for soccer has developed even more. I've always been a very competitive person, when it comes to academics, sports and just about everything in between, I strive for success and opportunity.
A large influence on how I became so motivated is because I am an only child. While many people perceive only children to be underachieving, and assume they are they are handed things in life, I believe the exact opposite. I feel that because I grew up as an only child, I had more room to peruse my interests, and figure things out for myself. This has allowed me to become a more open minded person and teammate, a natural leader, and has allowed me to get comfortable in unfamiliar situations.
My main goals around playing at the collegiate level are about making connections with teammates and coaches and to grow as a person, a teammate and a player.
