Awards-Departmental Distinction English Award- awarded to students who show unflagging curiosity and passion for the subject, positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and exceptional achievement in the specific discipline.
-Advisor end of the year comment:Your 10th grade teachers describe you as positive, hard-working, focused, enthusiastic, and engaged. Your academic performance was consistent throughout the year and you were very proactive about meeting with teachers for extra help and developing notetaking and study strategies to help you understand new and difficult material. This resilience and proactivity served you well and led to slow but steady upward progress over the year in several classes. One area of growth for you next year would be to increase your verbal participation during your classes as your teachers have consistently expressed a desire for you to share your brilliance and your perspective more freely with your peers. I would echo this desire from my observations
