Lola Battaglia '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lola Battaglia. I am a Senior( Graduating 2026) at Almont High School. I am a 5’7” 155 lb striker/forward. I have been a starter on the Almont Varsity soccer team all three years. I have been involved with soccer since the age of 4. I have played travel/club soccer since the age of 10, playing with Romeo FC, the Revolution, and the Nationals. I have also been a part of the Revolution Semi-Pro Women’s team and the LK women’s league.  I have been blessed to have been selected as the BWAC offensive player of the year, and First Team All-State for the 2025 High school season, while helping lead my team to its first ever Regional Championship. 

       I am also a distinguished varsity track athlete, varsity powerlifter, and varsity volleyball player. In track, I was a regional champion in the 200 meter, and a state finalist in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 4x100 meter dash, and 4x200 meter dash in the 2024 season. I am a 3-time State Champion and state record holder in MHSPA powerlifting.

       It is my desire to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level. I believe that my size, speed, and strength will undoubtedly be an asset to the team that offers me an opportunity to showcase my skills. I am coachable, team-oriented, disciplined, motivated, and am backed by a supportive family. I understand that opportunities are not given, they are earned. I will continue my unmatched work ethic throughout my senior year of high school in preparation for a successful collegiate career in the classroom and on the field.
