Delaney Horton '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Delaney Horton.  I currently live in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember, and its always been a passion of mine.  For several years I have played for a couple of the best clubs in my state, includuing my current national leaugue  team, (Vardar Michigan U15 ECNL).  I have traveled all over the country with my team, doing national showcases, playing league games, and having the best time doing it. I play everywhere on the field. Although my starting position is center defense.  If a job needs to be done up top, in the middle or out wide, then my coaches know that they can comfortably move me anywhere on the field to get that job done.  It is a dream of mine to play college soccer at a D1 school.  I am committed to personal excellence and success, I am a team player and I come to work. I can bring a positive attitude and non-stop work ethic to any team on and off the field. I want to play at the next level and believe my skills and dedication to the game will allow my dream to happen.
