I have been playing soccer since I was six years old, and ever since I got my first pair of cleats I have been in love with the game. For the past 10 years, the feeling of walking onto the pitch hasn't changed, and I couldn’t imagine not playing this sport in the near future. I know the time, effort, and determination that is needed to succeed at a high level. Throughout the years, my dream to play college soccer has grown significantly and I plan to give my all to reach my goal.
As a player, I have quick feet and use my speed to drive forward and defend. Along with my field vision and awareness, I feel I have what it takes to play at a collegiate level. On and off the field I do my best to set a great example for my teammates and peers, giving encouragement and constructive words. My personality leaves me very coachable and I desire to be pushed to my full potential. I appreciate hearing what I need to do better and using criticism to improve my play. Competitively, I never stop, always giving 110% to whatever I do: school, soccer, basketball, or other activities.
Academically, I hold a 3.96 GPA and work very hard to keep my grades up. I am enrolled in the National Honor Society and contribute high volunteer hours. I started high school mathematics early and continue to take an advanced class this year. I use my creativity to pursue writing and hope to study in the field of law. I love to be challenged, meaning I am looking for a college that will push me academically while playing at the highest level possible. I am open to ALL options and want to find a school with the best fit for me. All in all, I aspire to be a successful student, athlete, and role model to all around me, making everyone who has contributed to the person/player I am today proud.
