Hi my name is Megan! I've been surrounded by the sport of soccer ever since I was two years old with my older sister playing in a local league. I started playing at the age of four when I quickly fell in love with the sport. I started playing at a higher level when I joined a club team in 3rd grade and continued to play for that team until 6th grade when I started playing up with a U16 team. I continued to play and loved all of the friends I made on the way that turned into my second family. My freshman year of high school during my first Varsity season I decided I wanted to play at the next level. Throughout the years I have not only dedicated myself to the sport of soccer, but also my grades in the classroom. As a 4.07 GPA student, I value academics highly and enjoy challenging myself in the classroom. As a member of the National Honors Society, I often volunteer in the community whether it's collecting cans for the local can drive or helping people stay comfortable when donating blood for the blood drive. I enjoy working with others and being active. Whenever there is a leadership opportunity, I jump right at it. I hope to use these attributes to become a Physical Therapist after school.
