My name is Zoe Warden, I am from Bolivar Missouri. I play club soccer on Sporting Springfield and I play high school soccer in the spring. I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember and have always wanted to play at the college level. I have been playing on club teams since 2nd grade. First, I played on the local Bolivar FC team for six years, then I decided to get more competitive and play on Lady Demize. I played there for 2 seasons, then I decided to switch to Sporting Springfield, the team I'm on now. I realized that Sporting played in Kansas City and that they went to more competitive tournaments. I also realized that the goalkeeper training was much better and more consistent. My Sporting coaches have said that my goalkeeping has improved substantially over only one season and had thought that I was taking private lessons. My goal for this club season is to improve my communication and my 1 v 1 timing. Then for my high school season, I will be the starter goalkeeper. I hope to continue improving in all areas, but I also hope to help the younger goalkeeper coming in, improve on things she needs to work on to make her the best she can be. I have always pushed myself to get A's in all my classes, which is sure to continue as I get older. When I go to college, I am planning on studying Architectural Engineering. I know that high school and club soccer will be challenging over the next three years, but I also know that God will be with me through it all.
