Gillian Bennett '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gillian Bennett. I will be a 2024 graduate of Pacific High School. My ultimate goal is to be able to continue my soccer career in college. My primary position is Center Back, but I have also provided great contributions to my teams at Wing Back and Midfield. I was chosen as captain for my club team for 2019, 2020 and 2021 seasons.  I also made my high school varsity team as a Freshman and sophomore years.  I earned Academic All Conference Team these years as well.  June 2022 I tried out for my club's new NPL team and made the 04/05 NPL team. Much of this team graduated and will be playing college soccer this year. I was asked to join an established 06 Premier Championship team within my club as well as being duel rostered on their sister 05 Premier Championship team. I am excited for all the playing opportunities this fall!

In addition to soccer, I have participate in my high school's Girls Golf team since Freshman year, earning the Most Improved Player and Player of the Month awards. I also played on my school's JV Basketball team my freshman year.  

The spring of 2022, I applied and got accepted in to my school's Early College Program. I am attending classes at St. Louis Community College for the years 2022-2024. I plan on graduating with both my High School diploma and my Associates Degree from SLCC in 2024. I am very excited to begin getting some of my core classes out of the way.  My first semesters were challenging but rewarding and giving me a taste of what college will be like!

My career goals are in the Biomedical Sciences to continue on to graduate school to pursue a career in pharmaceuticals or forensics.
