Ella Parr '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella Parr and I am from Somersworth, NH.  My ultimate goal is to be able to compete at the collegiate level. I intend to make myself and my hometown proud. I have been playing soccer for 14 years and have been fortunate enough to play several different positions, making me a versatile and smarter player.  My current coach said, " I see the field better than any player he has seen at my level. " This year, as a Junior,  I was elected captain of the Somersworth High School varsity team.  Leading my team has made me realize that the game of soccer means so much more to me than just a sport.  During the past fourteen years of playing soccer, my teammates have become my family.  I have learned what it takes to work hard, lead with passion, and always give 100%, despite a win or a loss.  Despite the fact that I come from a small town in NH, my family has always provided me the opportunity to play club, which has forced me to step out of my comfort zone and push myself to my greatest limits.
